Bought 2 game cameras neither worked, they told me the Bigfoot cameras were not compliant to 4G after they sold me the two so I bought two new ones there they still don’t work this season they they offer a free month of images and cameras didn’t work, when I called and spoke to Stan he said I had to purchase a subscription plan for them to work, no problem I purchased it and they still didn’t work. I’ve called multiple times during this process never received a phone call back. I left several messages. Never a phone call back. everyone that works on the company has told me to leave messages leave emails. This company is terrible just tacky company. I have been scammed

I have been doing business with this company for 10 plus years and stopped in there to pick up some Archery items and John and Nate dropped what they were doing and helped my wife and I out with our needs. Truly a pro a shop. The knowledge they both have is exceptional and professional. Thank you Guys!

VERY disappointed. We have used them for signs multiple times. Needed signs for our new store, I sent exact measurements to fit a welded frame. And he cut the signs 3/4 of an inch short. I wish I could upload his email. They could care less they're costing a small business money. And don't care to fix their mistake.

Nate, Thank you for helping me so much with narrowing down what bow and manufacturer to go with. This gentleman let me shoot for 3 hours comparing the bows I had researched but couldn’t quite narrow down. I ended up with the Elite Omnia after testing it against what I was sure I’d buy; RX7 Ultra or Phase 4. Great, very knowledgeable guy!

I can’t say enough about level of customer service that Nate offers at Western Recreation/ Western Archery. I work as a General Manager at an outdoor gear shop and tend to be a bit critical of customer service, and this guy is top notch. Such an awesome experience buying my first compound bow today. Nates passion for archery is apparent and his commitment to making sure I found the right bow was clear.
