took my bike in for a flat with a slightly bent rim. was told I needed a whole new set up....tire, inner tube, rim. was told the rim would be $100 umm NO, then he said I have one for $50 ok. I also paid to have a basic maintenance/tune up. I waited over a week to get the bike back. Picked up bike, same tire was flat. The guy fiddle with the inner tube, put air in, I paid my bill. Next day tire flat again. Took bike back, new guy there. He told me I needed a new tire, inner tube and a tune up! WHAT I told him I was there 2 days ago already paid for a new tire, inner tube and a tune up! He said , no we don't sell these tires, this tire is bad and causing the inner tube to go flat. I told him to put in a new inner tube while I watched. I refused to pay AGAIN. I left there thinking I just got scammed for approx. $230. Did they just straighten the rim and put air in the tire? Nothing replaced, no tune up done Is this their business protocol for senior citizens?

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who love cycling. Good selection of Trek E-bikes. After lots of comparison shopping we bought two Verve + 4S Low Step bikes because they are top quality, well built, easy to ride, have great warranties and service plans. Best bikes for the price. Love the way they ride.

I haven’t been a bike owner in over thirty years. Bought a used one, not from Trek. Had a flat tire and brought the bike to them. They changed the tire right there ? which I was not expecting AANNNDD they inspected the bike and recommended changing the other tire along with some other maintenance items for me to do. I’m fan!! These guys were great and I’ll be back!!

I had a difficult and irritating issue with my electronic shifter. This bike shop spent a great deal of time on the bike until the issue was resolved. I am very impressed with this bike shop and cannot recommend them high enough. I wish I had 10 stars to give.

I brought a bent bicycle rim in to be repaired and I fully expected to have to leave it for a couple of days. But Scott took it and got to work on it right away. After a quick inspection he told me that it had a pretty good bend in it but he could fix it. And he did, in less than 15 minutes. I took the wheel back home, installed it on the bike and took a quick test ride. You would have never known that there had been anything wrong with the rim. Perfect!

If I ever have a problem with any of our bikes I ‘ll take it to Trek Bike Shop of Cape Coral.
