The team at this location has been absolutely incredible! As a first-time homeowner with an above-ground pool, I was completely clueless about pool care—especially since it wasn't in great shape when I moved in two months ago. A friend recommended this store, and I’m so grateful they did!

Evan has been an absolute lifesaver! Not only did he help me get my pool up and running, but he also took the time to teach me how to properly maintain it over the past month. When my pump broke and water started pouring out of the pool, I called Evan in a panic. He patiently walked me through how to stop the water and remove the pump!

When I arrived at the store shortly afterward with my broken pump, Evan had a new one ready and prepped for me, so all I had to do was reconnect it at home. Thanks to Evan and the amazing team, I now feel much more confident in managing my pool. I can’t thank them enough!

Evan at the Oak Brook store is the most wonderful, knowledgeable, respectful salesman I have EVER dealt with in my 5 years buying from there. He is a true asset to the company and should be WELL commended. If all the employees were like him, you would have the top company in the US. We’ve been looking for a new patio set & really wanted to upgrade, so looking everywhere. Finally ended up at Great Escape Oak Brook, where Ray was so helpful! Super nice, very knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions and even asked us some questions to get a better idea of what we really wanted & would be most useful in our space. 10/10, go there and see Ray for anything you need!

Our experience with the great escape as newbies into the pool world it's been great, just last night we were there again to buy some things we needed, and Evan was outstanding, I ask him for some education about the chemicals for the pool, and he took the time to go over everything with us, and also helped my husband with some questions he had about the heater. We will be long time customer for sure. Great customer service, great experience so far!.

Customer service over the phone was great so I decided to go in. Unfortunately, in person service not at all. Front desk was friendly, but the pool support person was terrible. He was curt , short, unfriendly and overall just unhelpful and seemed like he hated being there. Not going back.

Ordered a hot tub, was delivered and I asked if it was ready to go and response was yes. Then realized electric cord was too short. Called Great Escape and they wanted $259.00 to move it 10 inches. Horrible!!
