Very unsatisfied with owner Daniel. Negotiated details of custom double target and when it was picked up was not built the way it was supposed to. Called Daniel and discussed and basically blew me off and said part of what we originally agreed to was actually going to cost more and wanted to save me money. As a business you should stick to the agreed price and work. Never even contacted me to even let me know that. Would not recommend this business at all. If you want to finished what you agreed to in price I’ll re do my review. Buyer beware and make sure the price he quotes includes everything you wanted. You know who I am.

Customer service was friendly and nice . My brother in law and I bought to fire pits today. A brander for our steaks and a longhorn emblem. Prices are great. We will be back to buy another bigger grill and washer game set soon

Needed to buy some ramps but couldn’t get there before 5:00. Called Danny and spoke with him and he was very accommodating and waited after hours for me to get there to purchase them. When I walked into the store I was very impressed with the variety of product and his customer service. This is a good shop and I have plans to come back in the future.

Been waiting for a specific fire pit that I wanted. Asked if they had any, he said yes. Drove an hour only to find they "sold that day". So I asked when he would have another one ready. He said Thursday. (2 weeks later) (Christmas gift). So Thursday I message him to see if I can come get it and he said "they got backed up with Christmas orders and they won't have one before Christmas". Waited 2 and half weeks to be told 2 days before Christmas that I'm out of luck.

I saw this guys post on craigslist for two cargo carriers that he was selling. I sent him a text that morning to confirm if he still had one. He confirmed yes and told me he will be at the shop until 7pm. I told him i'll leave after work and it should be around 4pm. I drove 45mins to pick it up and when I arrived at his shop he told me sorry I don't have one. Really? why did we text and coordinate?.....Just bad business practices! I don't recommend doing business with this guy.
