I’ve been a customer of Tactical Outfitters for a while because their patch designs are some of the best out there, with an incredible variety to choose from. However, I’m at my wit’s end with their lack of professionalism. Once again, I’m approaching two months since my last order, and I’ve received no updates or communication.

After waiting a month, I emailed them and was told an item was out of stock—despite the fact that I never order anything marked as out of stock. That response felt like a poor excuse and showed a lack of professionalism. Now, pushing another month later, I’ve followed up again because, unsurprisingly, I still haven’t received my order. This time, my email has gone completely unanswered.

This isn’t my first time dealing with their poor shipping practices, but this experience has shown it’s their best practice and standards. They often blame shipping delays on out-of-stock items, but that excuse doesn’t hold up when I specifically make sure to order only in-stock items to avoid delays. At this point, excuses don’t matter. A simple email update would go a long way in reducing customer frustration, but communication clearly isn’t a priority for them.

Under the previous owners, I never had these issues. It’s disappointing to see such a great brand decline so drastically due to poor customer service and a lack of attention to fulfilling orders in a timely manner. I really hope the new owners can turn things around, but as of now, I’ve lost all confidence in this company. If you need your items quickly, I’d suggest going directly to their location—assuming you live close. Their customer service isn’t much to rely on, but at least they seem to prioritize collecting your money over ensuring you actually receive your order.

ZERO stars. Placed an order November 10. After 3 weeks I emailed to get a status update. Never got the product, never got an update. Requested a refund and got no reply. Called my credit card company to do a chargeback, so I got my money back that way.
THESE GUYS COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION. Report them for fraud.

Ordered a hat a month ago and haven’t received any updates. I have emailed them a couple of times with no response. Called them during business hours and no one answered. At this point I just want my money back.

Just found place today. Most morale patches I have seen a anywhere on site in Socal. Lots of other gear too. Great customer service. Worth the drive out to see it.

I purchased a bunch of patches from them online. They shipped them all crazy fast and I got them across the country in Maryland, in like 3 days. So not only do they have a huge selection, but they pack and ship quickly. I talked to an associate on the phone about my order and she was friendly and professional. Very impressed and will order from them again.
