Great place to rent bicycles for riding on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Super friendly service and the hybrid bikes were in great condition. Helmets and bike locks were part of the rental as well.

Awesome staff great selection of camping kayaking and cycling items. Great repair shop that offers parking out back for swamp rabbit trail bike riders to start on the trail. Love these type of shops of stores can’t stand the franchise one. Give me a mom and pop store like this and I feel connected to who I spend my money.

Stopped by today because I was in the neighborhood, they usually have good sales. When i walked in, it appeared I was right, discounted signs everywhere. Nice I thought. So I find a sweater that was clearly marked 25% off, take it to the register and the cashier tells me that this particular sweater wasn't on sale. I asked why and pointed to the rack that had at least 6 discount sales signs along with the one that was directly associated with my selection. I also asked, if the sweater wasn't on sale then why is it labeled as such. The response I got was just a look of disgust, as in I caught you being stupid and you cant do your job? I feel sorry for those who made a purchase today and didn't check your totals. Discounts were not applied, sales stickers were not taken down. You guys failed miserably today. Dishonest practices are not good for business nor is treating people badly (which i saw with others) shame on you! You need to do better. I hope others shop elsewhere, as I will. Bait and switch is not a good thing.

I called Sunrift today because I didn't realize one of the bikes we have for guests to ride wasn't shifting. I wanted it fixed for company arriving July 4th so our guests could enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I called Sunrift and asked if they could take a look and without hesitation I was told bring it by. The service was beyond what I could have hoped for. Not only did one of the bike repair pros look at the bike immediately, he was able to make a quick adjustment and it was fixed. However, he went above and beyond and made a few minor adjustments to the brakes and added a little lubricant. I was in and out within 20 minutes and it was extremely affordable. I was referred to Sunrift by a neighbor when I moved to the area. It's the second time I've been to the shop for a bike repair. The first time was for a tune up on my gravel bike. The service is outstanding, team is knowledgeable, and, most importantly, the customer care is beyond amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent local adventure outfitters that’s been around forever! Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Excellent variety of high quality merchandise. Really a one stop shop for everything from apparel, gear, and more! Great little clearance section too for fellow bargain hunters!

Came by here today after the Paris Mountain demo day for kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc to pick up a kayak I have been eyeing on for a few months. Kayak was on stock and at part of the demo days 10% off. The staff was very helpful and friendly, as all the other times I have been there. Will be back for sure for any outdoor equipment needs.

Really fantastic - even for me who isn't particularly sporty, but I like the clothes. On my March visit, they had several racks of 40% off cold-weather clothes, but I found some good items on a 50% off area in the back, including one tank top for summer. All in all some great finds in here.
