I went into Spice Oclock Indian Takeaways tonight and bought Chicken Pakora which was £6. I handed the person at the till a £20 note and he went and cooked the Pakora and he NEVER came back with any change straight away so I thought he'd give me my change when he handed me my Pakora but when he handed me the Pakora he didn't give me my change. He said that I handed him a £10 note and said that he gave me £4 change which he definatley didn't give me £4 change and I gave him a £20 note because I only had £20 notes and after searching all my pockets 10s of times and kept telling the man that I had no change whatsoever. He didn't looked bothered at all. It was if this man that works at the till has done this MANY times before. Tommorrow I will be calling Spice O'clock to ask the man or his manager/boss tomorrow to ask for my change that they didn't give me. If tgey do not give me my change I'm going to report the Takeaway and hopefully get access to CCTV because I'm 100% sure that I gave him £20 and the CCTV will prove this. The customer service was non existing. I just don't understand why the man behind the till wasn't the least bit bothered about the situation. He has done this MANY TIMES.

Ordered a pizza through Food Hub. Delivered almost 20 minutes late, stone cold and inedible. Used to be a decent takeaway but I've had food delivered lukewarm lately and now it's coming cold. Will never be ordering from them again, and I recommend avoiding at all costs.

Ordered a king tikka kebab with SALAD and fries, the guy over there understood rice, repeated fries then chips. Waited 5-7 minutes and received my order. At home I have seen only kebab tikka meat and bread and also the fries but no SALAD......

I honestly don’t know why a lot of people complain. I order from here every few Friday’s and Saturday's and i get it delivered. I have never had a problem with them, depending on the day delivery may be slow but it is worth it in the end and their food is amazing.

Reasonably regular take away customers. Called direct instead of online. Order 2 poppadums with spiced onions. Received 2 spiced onions, no poppadums. Ordered curry with rice and curry with chips. Received both curries with rice no chips. If I had ordered online as usual total would have been £46.00. Charged £48.00 when delivered. Was not told when ordering how much the cost would be. Very disappointed. Food was great as usual.

Absolute joke... ordered food, of which I do every week, my neighbour the same, sometimes more than once a week, waited and waited on the payment link to pay it, the driver arrives with my food, which is luke warm, I tell him no link has been sent, he phones the shop and I hear the message coming through on my phone in the kitchen, so I thank him, shut the door and proceed to the kitchen, I'm standing unpackaged like warm food while trying to process my card detail into their link, 2 seconds later, my door goes.. its the driver.. have you paid, they said you've not paid, I explain I'm busy doing it while I serve dinner.. and close the door, at this point the shop phones me shouting I pay now or I'm phoning the police.. I was literally about to hit pay when they called threatening me... at this point, take the food back, yous will never be back here or my neighbours house. How dare they treat a customer like that.

Order got dumped on the doorstep of an elderly lady down the street who then kindly came up to look for the right address even though she even struggled to walk up the hill! Order was stone cold by the time we got it and was missing the extras we paid for so we called up and complained, and at least we got a refund, although it was strange that they sent the delivery driver to pick the food back up, I mean, it was only going to get binned again! Not impressed and not the first time we had issues even though we are just up the road from this place, so won't be ordering again.
