Visited with our 8yo son for his bday. Here are our takeaways:

1. ATTRACTIONS - so many to choose from!! We got the 2 hour pass and honestly did not run out of things to do nor did we get bored while there. We have a four year old who will be coming along next time and we know she will have a blast too - this place truly is fun for all ages.
2. ADD ONS - The only “extra” thing we did was the arcade. The deals they offer on the play cards at the front desk allowed us more bang for our buck which was nice. The arcade itself offered a great selection of games which did not eat up our points (like a lot of other arcades seem to do). Each game gave a very fair amount of tickets, and smileys offered a good selection of items to choose from as prizes at the end of it all. The nerf area and dinoland looked fun as well but we did not try them out this time. Prices seemed fair to have them added on so maybe next time!
3. CLEANLINESS - For being so big, and having so many people come through, I found it very well kept. They had multiple hand sanitizer stations located throughout the building.. we found that only one was empty, but the staff quickly filled it once notified. You do have to either wear slippers or put your shoes back on to go into the bathrooms to avoid the transfer of germs, which I thought was a great idea. I mean, at the end of the day, it’s a large play place… I found the cleanliness no different than that of skyzone, strikes and spares, mega play or any other similar local establishment.
4. STAFF - The general public can be exhausting and standing in one spot for a whole shift can be boring; we get that and didn’t go into this with high standards for the “customer service” we would receive. With that being said, every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and answered our questions/engaged in conversations. I even lost our game play card in the ball pit and they gave us a replacement with no issue or penalty. We have no complaints about the people working on the day of our visit.

We felt our money was well spent and will definitely be back. It is nice to have something like this in the area!! As a side note, we used Groupon and saved a decent amount of money, so I do recommend checking there for general admission before heading in. 🙂

Will never have a birthday party here again disorganized is putting it lightly. At minimum make sure I get where I need to go. Staff practically ignore you when you are standing right in front of them and they do not have an obvious task. Customer service was severely lacking. The person in the room was okay. In the end I think the kids had fun, but not worth the stress on a parent. Several kids are complaining of tailbone pain from the slides.

This place is great. Lots of activities and large kids play area. The general admission price isn't bad for what you get, and for extra, you can do Nerf battles or dinosaur rides and arcades. The arcade games were quite up to date, but I still believed $1.75 per game and up was a bit much. Service was friendly, and the place was kept very clean.

Our kids are small, so they can’t utilize the entire space, but we still had an amazing time. There’s a smaller ball pit with climbing area and train (you push yourself). There’s a baby/toddler area that is separated from the rest of the place. Ball pit and rice pit, with an entrance that’s easy to keep an eye on. You can even sit in a massage chair and watch the doorway if your kiddos are a little bigger to play by themselves. It is for sure a sensory experience! Everyone was nice enough. It’s a blast. We will visit when we can. We are doing a Groupon this week.

It was a really cool place! I definitely think it's more for older kids. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she was premature so she's on the smaller side. She couldn't walk through the balls so I ended up carrying her through them. The pricing for parents is slightly expensive considering my daughter spent most of the time walking around the whole place (we were there for a birthday party). My daughter was only in the infant part for about 15 minutes. BUT, the birthday girl had a BLAST. She was running around with her friends and thoroughly enjoyed the park. For older kids (5/6-ish and up) definitely recommend! Kids 4 and younger it might be a little too much.

We went on the soft opening with a 2yr old, 4 year old, and 10 year old and every child had a blast.... including the 27 and 29 year old parents. We only paid for the play spaces but walked through and saw everything that was being offered so we are excited to try out the other sections at later times. Definitely pricey, so hopefully the membership comes with good perks. During out time there, not all of the attractions were ready, even still, the kids had fun.

This place is a sensory seeking child's dream come true! Smiley's has such a vast array of physical activities that provide sensory input, we could have spent all day here. Slides, trampolines, obstacles, spinning equipment, ball pits, a rice pit, arcade games, touch screen games, Lego and gear tables. And the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Such a great addition to the area for indoor playgrounds!!! The price isn’t bad for the time given to play. Lots of unique options and the largest indoor playground I’ve been to in Northern Indiana. I would choose here over skyzone for sure!!
