Like all REI stores, this has everything you need for almost any outdoor adventure you wish to engage in. Excellent location within the District at Green Valley, with plenty of free parking to the rear of the store with limited parking in front. The store is always well stocked and there are many sales personnel available to help you and they are very professional.

Hannah at REI truly knows what customer service is. I was so grateful she was able to help me today, she is a fantastic member of your team. I am traveling and didn’t have a water bottle. I wanted to purchase one. I asked her if she could help me clean it and if they have a back room with some dish soap, and she offered to help me. When she returned, she explained that she washed her hands three times used unscented dish soap and went through every cleaning measure she could think of to make me feel confident she took great care with my request. She even filled it up with clean water. All while she was about to go on her break she waited to help me! My day was MADE! so happy. ? REI hires fantastic people who care.also my water bottle is super cute

Huge selection, lots of backpack selections. We were able to rent camping gear for the grand canyon, and the rep - Sergio, was super nice and accommodating! There is also a bike service center and many energy food selections near the end.

The staff here are very friendly. We needed to rent a sleeping bag and poles for a few nights but they gave us an extra night since we needed them tomorrow and weren't going to use them tonight.

I had a dream shopping experience with Alison. She went out of her way to help me find a hiking backpack. Her expertise, attention to detail, ability to read how I was feeling in the backpack, helpful tips, patience, and care were truly exceptional. Thank you with my whole heart!

I love REI. So glad it exist. But it's way uncomfortable to go when it's slow by yourself....there's so many workers in their green vest just staring at you, "trying to help you" . I don't wanna be watched or bothered when I'm shopping....I'll ask for help lol. Also, all their shoes are scattered throughout the store. Just put all the shoes in one spot. I was walking all over for a certain type of shoe never to be found because I was tired of being watched lol. I gave it a 5 star because these are Personal issues and REI rocks!!!?
