It is a miracle to me that they fixed my bike. Most shops do not sell the parts I need, but they even had the spares to fix components I thought I would have to replace. I am very grateful for the professional service I received. They began work immediately, and it was ready for collection the following morning.

Consistently Defective Products and Rude Service

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this store. I usually avoid it due to their poor customer service, but on two occasions, I needed new inner tires. The first was for a mountain bike and the second for a racing bike—both times they sold me defective tires. They always went flat soon after use, and when I took them to another bike shop, I was told the tires had fabric defects. Despite being Continental-branded, the quality is unacceptable.

The staff is also rude and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The whole staff speaks good english and is exceptionally kind. I dropped by a couple times for small maintenance (dismantling and mounting bike parts to load it in a car) and, despite my insistence, both times they didn’t want any payment. If I’m ever back to Skopje with my bicycle this is the first place I’d go to for any kind of service and purchase.
