Chris and the crew at Outoor Specialists installed our pool 9 years ago and we are still a Loyal Happy Customer! Chris recommended a new pool liner for us this year and we are fortunate he did! A small hole was caught before any damage to the pool wall or yard. Chris has always followed up in a timely professional manner and stands behind his work!

Chris has been amazing! Got a Pool off fb and a few issues. Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was right and I had a solid pool. Three days later my pump went out. He came back to help me. When it wasn’t worth the hassle he suggested a replacement. I went bought it. Chris came back next day to install AGAIN! Such a great honest fair guy. Love him so much I asked him to winterize it this winter, even though we can!

The owner and his guys, when I say amazing, I feel like that word isn’t even enough to describe them! After firing originally scheduled installer, they came during busy season within a week had our pool up and huge difference even on the 1st visit to evaluate the yard! I used them to close my pool and will be using them to open come spring. So many people take the time to complain about companies, but not the time when some do an outstanding job. They earned this review and then some! If you need anything for your pool, I would call these guys!

Everyone on staff that I had contact with were great. We received an install date, when that day came Outdoor Specialist arrived with a group of high school kids and they busted that pool out in a matter of hours. The staff was respectful, polite and cleaned up all the garbage to one central location. One thing people seem to forget is this a construction project, there will be dirt and garbage if you don't want to pay extra then you must clean it up yourself. Great job to all who installed my pool.

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. We purchased our pool through American Sale & we were super excited to find out that Outdoor specialists would be installing our pool.. unfortunately we had to wait 2 weeks but that was no big deal. The two weeks went by and it was our scheduled install... they let us know they’d be there around noon after they finished up another job. My fiancé had to take a vacation day to be home as we both worked that day. No big deal, we were excited to get the pool installed. Noon came and went and we hadn’t hear from Outdoor specialists. Finally around 3:00 they said they were on their way. Annoying, but stuff happens.. they’d be there soon. NO ONE CAME. Around 6:00 we contacted them and no response.. finally after 8:00 they had someone call who stated something came up and no one would be coming.. we asked when we’d be scheduled and they said they didn’t know they would have the scheduling girl call us in a few minutes. SHE NEVER CALLED. We called her the next day and she basically laughed at us and said she didn’t know when we would be fit in because they’re pretty booked. She would call us back.. we told her not to bother. We contacted American sale and told them about the horrible customer service from Outdoor specialists and they we equally appalled. American sale is making it right, but do yourself a favor when buying a pool, find someone else to install it.. save yourself the time and hassle & run around from outdoor specialists. They clearly have no respect for people’s time & they have horrible customer service.

I had my pool installed at the end of May. They thought there was a leak in the liner. Told me they could come check in a few days and never did. I had to call to have them finally come back and hook up the filter. They sand at the bottom is not level. There are huge gaping craters you trip over. I paid for a main drain to be installed and it sticks up so far out of the ground the liner looks like it is ready to rip and separate. Terrible communication. Bad experiences. Now I’m out thousands and I’ll probably have to get the liner redone soon.

Pool is being installed right now and spoke with all workers including owner. They are the most down to earth, nicest people we have ever met. They are professional, clean, and caring. They ask us how we where and how we want anything. Absolutely wonderful company/people and definitely recommend to all.
