We wanted a cantilever umbrella and Joseph helped us pick out the perfect one. We installed the base in a new concrete pour and the guys installed the umbrella with no issues. Easy to position based on where the sun is.

Over the years we have used outdoor elegance for our outdoor furniture n furniture needs. We purchased an umbrella from them and after several years a small part broke. I contacted them and a week later that had the part for me no charge. Now that is customer service!!! Nothing mentioned it was too long or out of warranty just no problem we will take care of it. Recently we purchased another larger umbrella a full set of patio furniture and an outdoor bench. We did because it was nice to have a company stand behind their products. Thank you for your years of service to the local communities and always trying to do the right thing.

Awesome experience at this store, Lisandro was extremely helpful in making sure we were able to get replacement parts + new fireplace burner kit.
We had an old unit that needed a replacement valve after 10 years, he made sure we got an exact match & that everything would be compatible to make sure our customer had a wonderful experience.

We've installed tiki torches, outdoor heaters, fireplace sets & more that were purchased from this store.

The showroom is awesome, they have tons of stuff and everything is spacious enough for you to imagine it in your own backyard.

Will refer clients, and will keep coming back for more products.
