We had a poor experience at this store. We purchased a jacket, took it home, thought on it some more and decided it wasn't for us upon further reflection. When we tried to return it we were told the store does in store credit only, not refunds. We were never told of this unusual returns policy and were pointed to a small notice on the wall behind the register, very difficult to read from where the customer stands. I felt somewhat duped. However, worse was that we were made to feel in the wrong for trying to return it and that we had enough time in the store to have decided and therefore a return wasn't warranted. We felt disrespected. To their credit they did give us a refund in the end but we left feeling poorly on the back of a bad experience. We're unlikely to return.

I bought a pair of Oboz shoes. Didn't know anything about the brand but was assured it's very good quality. Apparently not, as ripped after 16 months of occasional use. Poor quality of shoes at high prices.

Very small and a bit expensive. Also hard to browse as you are like 12 foot from a bloke watching you, felt uncomfortable. Sorry.
