O'Steen and Harrison handled my auto accident case in such a kind, caring & most professional manner that it restored my faith that there are still good attorney's offices out there. Mr. O'Steen and Karla worked hard & were very timely & attentive when I had questions. You won't go wrong with them & if by chance they won't take your case, be kind & understand they are the professionals and you should heed their wisdom as to why. Be patient and understanding as you are not their only case and it will work out to your benefit. I am extreamly satisfied with the service I received from O'Steen & Harrison. Mr. O'Steen is an honest man and a real pleasure to work with. I advise clients to be patient as some of the cases take a lot of time. I suspect the opposing insurance company drags their feet as long as possible hoping the other side will give up, or settle for less. I lost almost $20K in an accident that wasn't my fault. The person at fault's insurance wanted to give me $3,600.00 for my totaled truck. It took about two years, but in the end Mr. O'Steen sent me a check for approx. $32,000.00. I highly recommend O'Steen and Harrison!
