The best gym in town!! I train with Amanda and have for some time now, and my improvements to my running are proof that strength training is key to being a strong runner. As one of the only runners at this gym (that I know of) I feel so supported by the others who do powerlifting and more intense programs! There’s always someone willing to show me how to use equipment or help me with my form when needed.
Since I started seriously strength training I haven’t needed KT tape for my knees and have sustained almost no injuries - and you don’t have to get big to be strong! Strength training is so important for general health and doing it in a positive and welcoming environment makes all the difference!

Fantastic gym! Has everything you are looking for! We are not members, but do drop in from time to time. We love how friendly everyone is and how organized every implement is around the gym. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Awesome gym, and always a pleasure to go there if possible. Always had a great time there powerlifting whenever USF gym was closed, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area or visiting and in need of a gym! Thomas is a great man and owner, and it's always nice to have a chat with him!

Best gym ever! I've been a member for a year, and the experience has been incredible. The owners are genuinely kind and make an effort to connect with everyone. The facility is super clean and has all the equipment you need. The welcoming and inclusive environment makes it a fantastic place to work out.

OPG not only sets the standard for a high quality strength focused gym, but they also provide a unique mom and pop feel at their gym that many other gyms don’t provide. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to find a space to get stronger in!

Been a member since 2021 and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Gym is clean and has all the equipment you could need!! Amanda is an amazing coach and wonderful human being!! She makes you feel comfortable and confident at any fitness level! I have her to thank for all the positive changes I’ve personally seen and continue to feel!! Tom is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and is always happy to help with a spot, give advice or just positive encouragement!! It’s a great community of people!! Open 24hours!! Come on your time! Would highly recommend! Drop in and check it out!!

I've been a member of OPG for almost 3 years and it's been fantastic. The initial program with Thomas helped me reach my fitness goals and now the 1-1 sessions with Amanda are great for my running needs. Both Thomas and Amanda are knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend!
