My son needed a tow after 11PM on a Friday. Mr. Thomas picked, was available, and arrived earlier than he said he would. He was professional and took care of preparing the vehicle for tow, (i.e., removing front tire), which prevented additional damage. He was able to drop the vehicle in my rear driveway. You have no idea how many drivers have come to my home and couldn't or wouldn't get their vehicle through my gate. Mr. Thomas doesn't know how impressed I was that he did it with such ease. So thankful for his service.

My experience with O. Thomas Enterprises was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, very prompt, very fair price. On top of that, Mr. Thomas is a very kind, trustworthy individual. If you're looking for a tow, you should call O. Thomas Enterprises.

On a road trip to Dallas from Minnesota, I blew out two of of my tires after driving over a median that I didn't see. Not my best driving moment. We were supposed to drive back to Minnesota the following morning, and I didn't think we'd have any chance of that.

However, after having the great fortune of calling Mr. Thomas for a tow, we were well taken care of. Mr. Thomas got my car towed to the right place, as he was very knowledgeable about where it should go. I had no idea of where to take the car to get it repaired, without his guidance I would have been hopelessly lost. On top of that, he was incredibly prompt, and let me know when he'd be there (which was very soon after I called him). It was late on a Friday night when I got into my accident, and it was very helpful to an out-of-towner such as myself to have Mr. Thomas guiding me through the process. My car was well taken care of during the towing process as well, and was fixed up the next morning and back on the road the next day to drive back to Minnesota.

In addition to all his help on the night that I blew up my tires, he's been incredibly helpful in helping me to get things lined up for my insurance claim, regarding coverage for the tow!

Needing a tow is never a fun experience, and you are really completely in the hands of others when you need one. So it's incredibly important to know that you can call fair, trustworthy, kind people in your time of need. This was absolutely the case when I called Mr. Thomas when I needed help.
