I have never heard of this Dr. Nafees Saifee until today. I received a notice from CVS that I had a prescription waiting. I could not find anything from my Dr. in my portal or at my chart. Only the message from CVS. I went to pick the medicine up just to verify that it was truly there and in my name. It was very much there and I picked it up. Either Dr, Saifee is pulling a scam or CVS is. I plan to call CVS tomorrow, my insurance carrier and the board of insurance. This is unacceptable. The medical/pharmacetucial field is playing with people’s lives. They could possibly kill someone with the wrong medicine. I am already suspect of CVS due to their lack of care and attention to detail in the past. Their staff is unqualified in my opinion. I am sure the balance beyond copay was billed to my insurance. In my book that is insurance fraud and/or medical malpractice.

Previous review is totally absurd. You do not make Dr. Office responsible for your health benefits. The person who wrote the review does not need primary care doctor but Psychiatrist. Dr Saifee is very kind and spends time with her patients,listens and appreciates patients problems. Her treatments are appropriate. After she writes prescriptions she guides patients and provides resurces such as vouchers, coupons and samples. Many doctors now a days would not take trouble to do this,you get your prescription and you are out of the door!!! Many times Dr. Saifee takes time to listen to your personal problems and will guide you through. She admits and follows her patients in the hospital to provide continuing care. She does not refer you to some Hospitalist. You get first class service from Dr. Saifee. She does not advertise. Most of her patients are word of mouth. Some times there is waiting period in waiting room but every minute of waiting is worth waiting.If you have emergency she will try her best to accommodate you right away and her patients knows it.

Hard to get ahold of for scheduling and questions. Once had her husband (the front desk) tell me to call back five times before taking my information. Never heard back from him.
The only doctor I've met who does not fill prescriptions digitally. Resulted in my experiencing days-long delays on daily medication.
Uses antiquated screening tests.

Dr. Saifee and her nurse refused to give me the results of my blood work. After hounding them on the phone, they finally agreed to give me a copy, but when I showed up at their office, he gave me an incomplete copy of the wrong part of my chart. I had to have them mail me the correct records, but frankly, I'm not sure they're competent enough to make that happen.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. Extremely poor customer service, very shabby facilities, and a low quality of care. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Saifee to anyone.

The first review totally tell you correctly about this doctor office. The second review is from the office manager of this office. Please whatever you do. Do not come to this office. They do not take care of you. They are totally crazy, rude. I have never seen an office staff especially a manager could be so un-education, un-professional. He does not deserve to work in an office. He is the rudest person I have ever meet. Do not go to this doctor. This is insane. Send your enemy to this office. Save yourself! There are a lot of nice doctor out there. Whatever you do run and pass this message along. You will thank me for telling you.

My mother comes to doctor Saifees all of the time and she always listens to her. My mom is diabetic with advanced neuropathy and still works on her feet all day if it wasn't for doc she wouldn't be able to bear her everyday life and I thank God for doctor Saifee she's a blessing to our family.

Do Not understand how an MD does not have a fax number to send reports to them, especially when they refer a patient out to another clinic for evaluation. This is unacceptable.

Dr is extremely nice and always listens and takes everything into consideration including the meds I’m going n before making recommendations or giving new meds I love her
