Definitely some of the best Low Key outdoor gear available. The jackets and hoodies all have hidden mittens and masks to keep you warm and dry. Never worry about losing your mittens or mask again! They can also do onsight altercations to get your garment fully customized for your next adventure!

What an awesome store! Came in to browse and ended up having a great chat with Seth, who gave us some really great travel advice on what to see on our road trip and around Grand Junction. I Purchased a Raven Shadow shirt. It works really well for skiing! The hood works well under my helmet and the thumb slot, worked with my gloves. The cuff really sealed well between the glove and my jacket. I can't wait to use it for everything. I will probable need to get a couple more!

My husband and I came in on Wednesday 12/21/22 to get a jacket for me for Christmas. The young lady working was very nice. We got a jacket and went home. Upon arriving at home, I noticed that there were a lot of string in the jacket. I removed most but not all of them. On Saturday 12/24/22 I wore the jacket for the first time to go cross country skiing. The left sleeve was coming unsewn and the back pack feature was not pleasant. I reached out to the company via their website about the sleeve and was told to bring it in on Monday 12/26/22. When I arrives at their store Monday morning, the gentleman that was working was not pleasant at all. He treated me like I was trying to rip them off. He asked how much we paid for the jacket and I gave him the amount. He said "most people come in here wanting a hundred dollar jacket with upgrades but don't want to pay for them". I responded with the chat information and told him that I was told to bring it back due to it being defective. His response was "well I will probably just refund your money". I was ok with that but we found a replacement instead. Upon my getting ready to leave the store the gentleman told me to bring the jacket back in a normal business day and they would reinforce the sleeves, for a cost of course. The replacement jacket is having the same issues as the first but I do not want to deal with them again so I will fix it myself. As far as the backpack feature goes, the straps are made of ribbon and the fasteners are very large. It will not stay tight or on your shoulders unless you make some modifications. I will not purchase anything else from this company. For the price of their merchandise, I would expect better quality and customer service.

These guys were fantastic! Customer service was great, but most importantly, their coats are really well made, attractive, and versatile. I love the integrated mittens - no more losing one glove, and the integrated neck gator means they're really warm for their weight. Because I needed a coat quick, I was afraid I might have to settle for something less them perfect. I can tell I'll be using these for years to come.

Excellent service, epic gear! Had a technical issue placing my order, and they called me straight away to work everything out.
