Keith and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When buying a new chain saw they quickly steered me to the right choice. Understanding my concern of not wanting a heavy Stihl saw (because of back issues). They checked everything and ran it before I left. Later, I was able to cut a medium tree up...comfortably for 6 hours on and off. The power was great and lighter weight was really nice.

I brought my toro mower from homedepot and they paid this dealer to inspect and prepare for delivery .Well i got my mower on Friday and tires was low,rt tire was flat,and the deck is not level. An when i talked 2 employee's there before it was delivered they both said the mower was checked and the deck doesn't need leveling will the pictures don't lie.I just wish Honesty was worth something these days.

Several years ago I purchased a brand new Toro Timecutter zero turn mower from Huff's power equipment. It worked well for a while but after about 2.5 years it started having issues. After taking it to a couple places I was informed that the "hydrostatic transmission" had gone bad and decided to call Huff's to see what my options were (the mower was barely past its warranty). I was told by a man that worked there that this particular mower was basically a POS and I should have never bought it. To make a long story short he informed me I could spend around $1500-$2000 to fix it but once I do that the other side would most likely go bad as well. He then told me I should just take a loss and buy a new mower from them. My 2 star review is due to the fact that based on the anonymous conversation I had with the man working there, the owner knowingly sold me a garbage mower. I trusted them to give me good advice as I was spending a lot of money to support their business but in the end I am stuck with a mower that won't run for more than 15 minutes at a time. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt but they are lacking in the honesty department, I definitely would not make a large purchase here again.

Obviously, people that gave positive reviews didn’t have a need for warranty work. I promise you, you walk out the door and equipment is “as is”. Bought a Toro turf sprayer for $ 10,000.00 in 2020, less than a year later the nozzles were leaking. After repeated calls, was told to bring it in because it was less than a year old and still under warranty. This was in June 2021. I was told it might take a while because of national back order of parts which I understood. I really needed the machine for Fall spraying. When I called in October, still no part. I had to pay someone else to do my Fall spraying even though I own a $ 10,000 sprayer. In December they called and told me to come get the sprayer because it was in the way. Still after 6 months no part. I live over an hour away and told them I wasn’t going to get it until they honored the warranty. Finally today, after 7 months I decide these people are a bunch of crooks. I went to get my unfixed, under warranty sprayer. Can you believe they charged me $ 50.00 because they said they had to winterize the sprayer for me. I can’t believe this is how they treat customers. By the way, I took it to a tool and equipment place in Anderson. It will be ready (fixed) for pickup tomorrow!
