I am a returning customer. Their knowledge of Traxxas products and availability of replacement parts is great!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Special order a motor (paid for the motor in full before ordering) got told it would be a week I got it 2 months later only to be charged more money upon pick and there is a no refund policy if they order the wrong thing your screwed. It wasn’t even the right motor ended costing me more money to be able to use but they’re more than happy to order whatever you need lost my business for good.

my friends and i went in to look at puzzles and a few toys and my friends found some wood and was just goofing around with the small pieces. they weren’t disturbing anyone or breaking anything and a guy in a black shirt came up with a very rude attitude and told us very aggressively that we needed to leave. he didn’t tell us why or anything. very disappointed in this store. this isn’t the first horrible interaction with this guy.
