Dorian was wonderful. She arrived at our house quickly and was extremely personable and kind (including toward our cat that has zero concept of personal space lol).

I was coming down with intense symptoms of strep throat and my general practitioner didn’t have availability for two days. This service was available in the evening and on short notice. They accepted my insurance and were affordable. We will be using them again in the future.

Dorian Frackleton of H&F Urgent Care is amazing! Both times I have contacted her on weekends when my son was sick. Both times, she was at my house in less than a hour. She comes with all tests available and can send in a prescription as necessary. When my son had strep, we were able to get the prescription in on Sunday afternoon and have him on antibiotics and on the road to recovery vs having to wait until Monday to go to the pediatrician’s office and delay the start of the meds.
Dorian is personable, professional and wonderful with kids. She shared that she also does IVs, stitches among other things.
She also accepts my insurance, so I only have a copay, which is the same if I visit my doctor. It’s a no-brainer for me. I will call H&F every time we need medical care. It really doesn’t get more convenient than this. Thank you, Dorian!

I have used Dorian twice and she has done such an amazing job in both instances.

The first time I called Dorian was because my daughter needed to have a sports physical exam before the new school year began. My daughter had lots of questions and concerns for which all were answered with thoughtful awareness of her young audience and with great knowledge and understanding. She was patient and thorough during the entire session. She was able to build a quick trusting rapport with both my daughter and with me, too.

The second time I called her was after a food prep accident I had where I sliced into my hand with a sharp knife. Due to the nature of this situation, she came right over to look at the injury and was able to determine I needed stitches. 5 stitches were applied. She was not only gentle with her numbing injection and stitch work, but also did a great job explaining what was going to happen in the entire process. Plus, she was also able to manage my 3 young kids who were captivated by all that was taking place. She was able to assure them that their mom (me) was going to be just fine and brought them into assisting her with lighting (flash lights). They felt so helpful and like a part of her crew. It was great! Dorian also did phone check-ins with me to see how things were going and how I was feeling. However, on day 6 I had to call her again because it looked or felt like my body started rejecting the stitches. Again, Dorian came over to examine what I described to her over the phone and determined that she needed to remove my stitches due to the fact my body was now rejecting them all. My body had already repaired itself! I'm either a fast healer or Dorian did such a wonderful job in her stitch work that my body was able to do what it needed to do without having to worry about the slicing I put into it. Today, I barely have a scar where my injury once was. It's amazing!

Will I use Dorian again? Hands down, absolutely, Yes!!! I particularly loved how she comes to you! There's no waiting in hospitals or ERs or Urgent Cares or doctors' offices. Instead, I was able to be in the comfort of my own home and surroundings while she did here exam and procedures in MY space, and all of it done with genuine care for my and my family's well-being.

If you aren't thinking about using Dorian, you're doing yourself a disservice. Medical models on how we obtain our wellness services are outdated. Dorian's "I'll come to you...if you want me to" is the new way in my book. I'm grateful and thankful to have her in my community. Everyone should be so lucky!
