While I didn't catch her name, thank you to the lady (employee) who helped me choose a backpack in the morning today! Explained well and showed the differences between bags. Overall nicely layed out store and almost all products can be found here (just ask!).

I had an issue with a defective Fjällräven hip pack. While the other Fjällräven store in NYC was unhelpful and the taylor in charge gave me a very cold treatment, Griffin at this location went above and beyond to assist me. He was very attentive, genuinely cared, and was clearly committed to helping customers. Not only was he willing to help, but he also did an excellent job repairing my hip pack. Everyone else in the store was also very kind and helpful.

I'm a huge fan of Kanken bags, was my first time came to the store, I was looking for a bag in particular and a really kind guy called Herby helps me to find it, he was so nice with me and my friend and he answered to all my questions, also I could buy all the stuff that I wanted! I'll definitely come back to this store ✨?

Fantastic customer service. I spent an hour in there trying to fit stuff from my old bag into their ones to see which held my stuff the best. They kept asking if I needed help, and answered all the questions I have. Also the brand has some really nice perks on some items like lifetime warranty, free waxing to maintain water resistance, and more. The store also looks great.

Amazing staff. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions and requests.

The store also has the most comprehensive collections to choose from, with a bigger store than others as well.

I spent half of a day shopping here and bought quite a few bags, big ones and small ones.

It’s a very pleasant experience. I will surely come back. 100% recommend!
