The 5 stars is for the excellent service from the hotel staff. I got married to my husband last Saturday and when we checked into our Airbnb on Thursday we found it infested with spiders. We scrambled to find a hotel last minute and the staff here was very accommodating in finding us a king suite with early check in and late check out. The manager Raquel was wonderful. She let us use the staff fridge for our wedding flowers as well as leftovers from dinner at our reception. They also gave us a free drink at the bar for our troubles. The rooms were great, air conditioning was a little wonky in some of them but other than that. No issues. Location is also central to dripping springs and lots of great restaurants. Thank you to the hotel staff for being so accommodating!

From what started as a nightmare of a night, the ladies at this hotel made every effort to make our time here accommodating and comfortable. We showed up at 4am after having to leave another hotel with my 10 month old son and my aunt. They gave us a wonderful deal and even offered my son a pack n play so I didn’t have to haul mine all the way up! It brought me to tears how wonderful and sympathetic these ladies were to my family and our situation. Not only did they make us as comfortable as possible they also gave us complementary breakfast!! They sympathized with our situation which you just don’t see in many places anymore, I am so very thankful that me and my family found such an amazing place with such caring & wonderful people. We will most definitely be coming back!!! Thank you so so much Courtyard Austin Dripping Springs, you are all an absolute god send.

Stayed at this hotel for a brief period in the Austin area and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from various restaurants and markets. The staff is super professional and took care of my needs and the hotel is well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable and perfect for both solo and family travel. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The staff is friendly and first impressions are wonderful. I don't know how many times I hate walking into places and encounter rude employees but not here. You are always greeted and treated well. A special thanks to Austin he was so accommodating during check in. Great customer service and thank for being patient with me and my request not to be on the 1st floor.

2 night stay. Would have been longer but they decided to triple the per night cost. So tired of this price gouging. Also didn’t make the room after we spent 4 hours out. Pretty bad experience for the price.

Title: Absolutely Horrible Experience

I recently stayed at courtyard dripping springs, and it was a nightmare. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and a musty odor. The bathroom was disgusting, and there were bugs everywhere. The air conditioning was broken, making the room unbearably hot. The noise from other guests and outside kept me awake all night. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and I felt unsafe due to the sketchy individuals hanging around the property. To top it off, they overcharged me and refused to address my complaints. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Brand new hotel. Excellent staff. Rooms were spectacular. If you travel to Dripping Springs for a wedding, I would strongly recommend this hotel.
