We had a group of 5 and did The Magic Emporium was a great for our group of mixed experience. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful and throughout and provided just the right level of hints for us during the experience. We had 7 minutes to spare at the end.
We all really enjoyed it, but felt a bit daft dressing up as wizards while we were trying to solve one of the clues - which was really funny looking back? .

Really simple to book online - friendly lady who told us the rules and aim of the room we had selected.
We managed to finally breakout!!!

Located near an NCP multi-storey so parking is easy literally less than 30 seconds away from the building.

We were in Manchester Saturday 17th so we decided to book our first experience in an escape room. There was me, my husband, daughter and sister. We booked the Creepy Carnival to start with as a two star difficulty rating. We had no idea how to play or what to look for but with the help of some clues from the staff we managed to break out with a minute to spare. It was so much fun trying to solve the clues and move from room to room using our logic and brain power. We enjoyed it that much, we booked another room for later on that evening. Different theme, harder rating. Despite our best efforts we failed to escape this one. We had an absolute blast. The rooms are well thought out, the clues are imaginative and if you're struggling there's lots of help from outside. Innovative and intriguing and the staff are lovely and welcoming, including Conrad who was very diplomatic about our combined efforts trying to decipher the puzzles. All in all a superb day out. Worth every penny. We will be back to try the harder ones in the future.

Absolutely amazing escape room, our team did captured! Lots of fun! Definitely worth a visit. Huge shoutout to the team there, our games master Janna was awesome, great at giving clues without giving too much away. Will be returning again!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Luke for being absolutely amazing with my son who is special needs! After a really bad experience on his first visit we was offered to return and we couldn't of got a more nicer and extremely understanding man. Luke was fantastic from start to finish and made my son so happy when he broke out! We can't thank you enough and I think after so many rooms myself and my partner have done we've never had someone so funny and kind, this place definitely needs more staff like you. Thank you again

Played Zombie Lab today at Luke's recommendation and it was brilliant. Really atmospheric, great puzzles, great design. Our gamemaster, Ellie D, was fantastic. Super charming, and her clues were immersive and witty. Kept the momentum going all the way through. Lovely experience. Can't wait to go back

Nice escape room. We chose the wizard one. Only one room. The challenges were well thought out and fun. We had a great time!
