I arrived at Big o tires when they opened at 8:00 a.m. they told me there was two people in front of me and that it would be a couple of hours. 3 and 1/2 hours later I called American tires and they told me if I come in I could pull into the bay. That's just what I did. I don't know that Big o tires is good or bad or slow or if they're awesome and everybody goes there because of it. But as far as my experience it was drag ass to say the least. I got no apologies no compassion just to here's your keys. Although the ladies in the office were sweet.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! They ruined my vehicle when I took my car here to get tires mounted and an oil baptism, I mean change! Instead of telling my boyfriend when a mistake happened they tried to cover it up! Well, they spent over an hour rubbing oil everywhere and wasted our time.
Sandy is a real MOODY one too; sent the poor mechanic home for the day who was working on my car in front of everybody. She even had the audacity to ask if my boyfriend was happy after she did that, real passive aggressive and rude for a business woman.

I now have to make multiple claims with insurances, save and document my receipts for professional cleaning reimbursements! There’s even oil all over our driveway now. Save yourself the headache and hassle and DO NOT GO HERE!

Updated: all of the parts I had to replace due to oil contamination on lighting wires and essential electrical components, what a mess!

By far the worst experience I've ever had at any business. I came in today wanting to get a new tire put on and it took two and a half hours. Normaly this would be annoying but nothing to really warrent me writing a review. It was the completly inappropriate behavior I had to endure while waiting for said tire that drove me over the line. I guess it would be a 5 star review If I wanted a tire and the unsolicited political commentary, conspiracy theories, opinions on why children where better when child abuse was more accepted in society, and the best take of them all, how Immigrants deserve no due process. Look, I don't care if you're left or right. All I care about in your tire shop is MY TIRES, and I did not just pay $138 to listen to two and a half hours of your political commentary. I can handle slow service andI can handle bad customer service, But I will not do both. Never coming here again.

Came in for a Tire rotation at 9:30am. I'm the only person here when I pull in and it took 2 hours to rotate my tires. No balancing, no mounting, nothing. Literally taking 4 tires off and putting them back on. The technicians here would rather sit outside, vape, and flirt with each than provide decent service. There are better options in town.

First, I showed up 45 minutes before closing and the office manager spoke to me like I was an over demanding rude customer. A kind and simple "I'm terribly sorry, but I can't take in new customers this late in the day. We can get to you first thing in the morning, tho!" would have been much better than the rude and frantic way she spoke to me. So first thing in the morning I went in and was told that once they finished with their appointments they would get right to me. TWO HOURS later they got to me. THREE HOURS later they were finally done putting on 3 new tires. My suggestion is make an appointment days in advance and just leave it with them.

Very fast friendly service. Dealership told me I needed an alignment. So instead of paying ridiculously high price at the dealership I made an appointment at Big O. Got right in and about 1/2 hour later got a phone call that no alignment necessary. Everything was to specs. and to bring it back in about 6 months to have it checked again. Alignment check was free.
Thank you Big O Tires Yucca Valley for your honesty. Don’t get that kind of service anymore. Definitely be back.

They said they had 1 tire in our size and that it would be a few hours before it could be put on. We called around and found someone else that had 2 tires, we needed 4. My husband tried to buy the 1 they had so we could take it with us and all of a sudden they couldn’t even find the one. I know our size is harder to get, but very unorganized.
