I came in looking for a birthday present for my baby cousin, and got the best help I could have hoped for with lots of advice on future gifts, and a big nerdy discussion that sparked all the joy.
I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend. She loved her present, and I'm couldn't be happier.
Excellent customer service, lots of really neat items, reasonably priced, and weekly dnd sessions from what I could see and was told. Highly recommend.

Clean but poor signage; no overhead, but door is marked. Owners have changed direction a bit. Great, clean gaming area, catering to RPG, D & D, etc. Sales geared for this, but no kits or R/C. That was my reason for driving across the metro area for this. But staff cheerfully referred me to other kit-based stores.

Smells absolutely awful. Every time I'm in there it's the same people who work there and I swear it's them who stink. I felt unwelcomed there and looking through these reviews it makes me feel better I'm not the only one. Whoever was at the counter was VERY rude and needs to be written up. I can't believe they are still in business. Would not recommend at ALL. I also don't want a "I'm sorry we'll do better" because y'all have said that and it's not gotten any better. Whoever was at the counter was awful and ruined my whole experience. Please take care of.

Nice staff, clean building the entrance has a heavy plastic paint smell but that's normal for collectibles. Amazing card selection and game collection

Stopped by about a week ago, just before the hurricane. Lots of Warhammer and Magic. This ship also has paints and supplies for miniatures and playing tables. Clean bathroom, thoughtfully (and respectfully) stocked bathroom.

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the conversation and bought two decks.

I will visit again.

Anything other than 40k only has a limited stock, which is fine. What was disappointing though was that when we entered we were not greeted. The two guys on duty just continued to talk to themselves with loads of profanity. It made the whole thing uncomfortable and like we were intruding. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends.

Please update your store hours or have people who can reliably open on time. I drove up at 12:10 today and the door was locked, that's fine late open I get it. I went and got lunch came back at 12:45 and door was still locked. Tried knocking and nothing. Made a special trip over just to try and find some hard to find items and couldn't even get in the door

Just finished playing a Lorcana tournament at this store; very well run, smooth event, and met several great players. Looking forward to attending more in the future.
