Also when you pay with your card they give you no option to not tip out. You gotta leave a tip, this place is a scam of a business.

My kids loved playing here after a long day at the beach. The mirror maze and shooting game were both a lot of fun. However, the best part of the experience was Brianna, the young lady working there. She was extremely kind to both of my boys and made them feel so special. I cannot say enough good things about the way she runs that business and how genuine of a person she is. We will definitely go back because of her.

On vacation with the family and thought it be a great place to take my grandson. My grandson enjoyed it. I just don't see where it's worth the money. We showed up at HarborWalk just after 10 and walked around killing time until the mirror maze opened since we called the number and they said the place opens at 11. By 11:15 no had showed up to open the place. We went back at 7pm, the open sign was on but the doors were locked. There again we called the number and we were told they should be open. Waited for about 5 minutes after the call for the employee to show up. He seemed bothered that we were there. He never spoke to us or apologized for not being there. Rung up 3 adults and my grandson. He never said what the total was but my jaw dropped when I saw the price was $49. The pricing is ridiculous for a 3 minute walk through. After we were done the guy didn't even acknowledge us. If you are going to have someone working with the public they need to be friendly and helpful. Will never go back there again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The mirror maze costs $12 a person and is over in two minutes if you’re going fast. It took us two and a half minutes and while it was cool, paying almost $50 for a family of four for such a brief amount of fun, wasn’t worth it. We aren’t the Rothschilds

We did 2 different versions of the maze and both were fun! It's not a super long maze but if you take your time to enjoy the hidden scenes it's definitely worth it. Staff was very friendly. Other games in the lobby were fun too especially the light up one!!!

Extremely dishonest business. I asked how long it takes to go through the mirror maze and was told 10 minutes at the very least. My 3 kids were out in just under 3 minutes. If you search other reviews, you'll find that the owner recognizes this and lets people go in multiple times because of it. We were not offered that chance and our request for a refund was denied.

We stopped in the other day since the kids wanted to do the mirror maze. $12 a kid, 3 kids, we're in for $38 with tax. We figured they would take about 10 or 15 minutes to get through. About 2 and half minutes later all three kids came out. It was a complete and utter waste of money. We were able to watch on the monitors so we can assure you they were carefully walking and not running as one of the other comments implied. I would not recommend this activity at all.

We walked in and thought "Oh how fun." And spent the 10$ to play 6 games. Well when we got the cards to play they weren't working that great so the lady came and had to swipe them multiple times for them to finally work. Once we each played one game the cards said we had no more credits left so we went back to the counter and she scanned them and said "yeah you don't have anymore games left." So we said we just played one each. She said "It has been doing that all day" and then my dad asked is there anything you can do and I asked if we could have a refund or something and she just said no and then sat there staring at us like we were idiots and then just shrugged her shoulders and shook her head. She should have said up front that it's not working that great. A huge rip off, very dishonest business. We will never go back. Save your money and go elsewhere. Great scam artists. One star is too good for this place.
