After not being able to contact Adam for months,we found Rick who explained that the company was in a bad way and Adam no longer worked there. We were sympathetic and we're willing to work with him on getting our $1900 deposit back. It's been over a month with weekly calls of Rick saying he will return the money to us and then always push back the dates. You can't just take people's hard earned money and keep it,horrible business ethics. Sad that we'll have to take legal action. Angela Galivan. I too share some of the same beginning experiences as some of the other reviews. I also had the same negative Adam Gleason experiences, to the point where I started contacting authorities. I since then have been contacted by Rick Gleason and have had great luck and experience dealing with him. We had our fence installed right after Christmas 2018 and Rick did a great job and everything agreed on. We've since had a couple of 50-60 mph. windy days and everything looks great. I truly believe Rick is a stand up guy and wants to do well for his customer's and his company. At this point I can't review his customer service on repairs because there hasn't been any yet. I would give Rick and his company a call if i needed anything again.

Horrible customer service I paid my deposit on June 6. I have a contract for work to be done. Three times they were supposed to do work each time they were a no call no show. It is now August 29th I do NOT have a fence installed. I have requested a refund but I am not getting any response. AVOID this company. They will rip you off. Adam does not return calls. Still have not received my refund as of October 6th it’s been 5 months and now I have been forced to get an attorney. See you in court!

In response to the owner...we did work out a resolution through the Will County Court House. You are supposed to refund my $2000.00 deposit which I still have NOT received!

I gave my deposit for a fence 13 months ago. I still have no fence and now have had no contact with anyone. I was willing to work with Rick regarding the situation he was in because of Adam but now I can’t get ahold of anyone. Every mailbox for every number is full and no one ever answers now. I know we aren’t the only people that were screwed over by Adam so I’ve tried being patient. But it’s been 13 months. I just want my money back. Or at least a fence worth the amount of the large deposit I gave.

This isn't a brick and mortar store even though they list an address. No one occupies the space. All fence companies ask for a 50% deposit when you sign. Before you do I suggest you get a firm installation date or you'll be waiting for weeks if not months. Adam is a nice person, but has no follow through after I gave the deposit. I waited for 6 weeks, and then was promised it would be installed the next week and two weeks later all they did was take down my old fence. I wish I hadn't let that happen, now I'm stuck without a fence. No idea on the quality, recourse for problems, etc. The price was lower, but the stress isn't worth it.

DO not hire them, put down a deposit and no communication from them. No work done yet, asked for a refund and they said to dispute it with the bank. Now the bank is denying my dispute because of the time. They told me licensed in Bolingbrook when I hired them. The town send me a letter saying they couldn't get a hold of them either and they were not licensed in Bolingbrook. When i finally got a hold of Adam's father he admitted they did not. They are a fraud.

We got a quote from Rick . I tried to contact him/ the company for about a month now and can't get a hold of anybody. I would stay away from such a company. Just wasted my time...

I've booked them already for my fencing to be done the gentleman that came out for our estimate was very informative and professional thumbs up for my wife and I
