My 2022 taxes had so many errors, from the smallest to bigger, along with my parents. She told me I "didn't qualify" for my student tax form just by glancing at it, which was incorrect. Fortunately was able to claim it this year by amending. Was told by her I had to pay back a certain amount last year, to find out this year that was also incorrect. Now I had to pay double this year to file for an amendment of last years taxes. 10/10 would not recommend. If only I could rate no stars.
