5 stars and 6 if I could. For 30 odd pound an hour of fun was well worth it. So. Many things to do and most things like go carts were manned by students which is good. Really happy we went. Will go again in the future.

I'm adding to the long list of poor reviews to this place. To say I won't be back with my kids is an understatement. This nonsense about 'policy' to wear flip out socks at a cost of £3.50 even though they're £3 at point if order. My young son had another brand of grip socks that are sufficient like many other grip socks. I had to look up the 'policy' that was spouted at me many times and seen that it's for insurance purposes. Really? Lab tested? Really? Charlatans the lot of you.

Also, the member of staff that spoke to my 7 year old and said 'you can't play because you've not got Flip Out socks devastated him as he thought he was in trouble. Well done. Get your staff trained to speak to the adult if there are concerns and not leave it to a crushed wee boy thinking he had to leave.

Rethink your strategy and get a grip of yourselves never mind the socks.

Kids had great fun. It's gotten quite busy and lots of additional items such as fairground type rides. This cuts in to the 1 hour timeslot if you book it and that causes issues as obviously the wee ones want to queue for everything!!

I organised my son's 11th birthday here. What a disappointing experience. The play was fun but the party experience was very poor value for money. We got the standard package which included pizza and chips. The kids were given a box with ONE measly slice of pizza. How incredibly mean. The party room was dank, dismal and dirty with chips from a previous party on the floor. Staff very inattentive. Kids not allowed to eat cake on the premises. Having organised multiple parties for my kids, I can say this was the worst value for money yet.

Yeah only one star, as soon I hit the entrance I mentioned to my son the carpet and floor cannot be so dirty from today only. We payed. Had to go in a room to watch the screen rules unfortunately white writing on a green background does not work and it's not easy to read. I haven't read and let it flow over. When going In, we are being asked to wear flip out socks, we are not being given..so out again and get socks. As soon as I went in the first thing that I saw was overfilled bin. Concrete floor and stairs. I had a wheelchair person with me. So I had to figure out how to get upstairs. There's no sign anywhere apart from CAFE. I figured it out and as soon went upstairs the air smelt greasy. Like old oil and chips. Took a drink and ordered sausage and bacon roll £4. In that time my kids already went upstairs too to explain it is not nice here. Not much to do and it looks run down. I said I was just ordering. Bacon was out of stock. So just sausage. In total the waiting time was 18 mins to get it served. By no means the sausage /burger was microwaved to heat up served on a brioche roll. The menu does not cover anything really healthy. The kids tried to get the time over. Go kart sounds fun. Unless. Well my daughter spun herself and stuck on the track. The 2 staff have been busy talking to each other and not realising that my daughter really needed help. So I whistled (loud) to make them aware before another child comes around the corner and crashes into her. Finally after over an hour the bin also has been emptied, mentioned above. Before we went out. I let my child go on the claw machine. Realising that the soft toy packed in so it's no change to get it pulled out with the claw. The ball machine/ basketballs are too heavy to get clawed and under are the lighter balls but blocked to reach. (It does not matter the £2) but just wanted to mention it's not impossible to get something it's very hard.
In total reviews are not positive.
-run down Business
-staff not aware -u signed waiver and goodbye sort off
- it's not clean
-you have a question, I listen, but I don't do anything
-no signal for wheelchair user-LIFT
- Staff seems like not having fun with the job
For us is it a no go again. And a very disappointing trip.

We did the after school session, which included an hours play & meal. It had been a while since we had attended Flip Out. Both myself & the kids were amazed at how much it had changed & how many new activities there were. There were that many that unfortunately getting to do everything in the hour time slot was just not possible. They managed to try out the new bumper cars, to me sort of reminded me of the dodgems however they spin just for that extra fun element. All you could hear was joy & laughter from the kids. There was an inflatable part, I think it had a big slide inside, there's that much to pick from the kids were a bit overwhelmed as to which activity to do when. They went down the big slope that you sit in a rubber ring to go down, the lighter you are, the faster you seem to go. At every activity there is an attentive staff member making sure everyone is enjoying the activity safely, this made it enjoyable for myself knowing that if one of the children decided to do a different activity to the other I didn't have to try split myself in two or tell them no they would have to wait. There are height restrictions on things & some if under you can go on with an adult. The laser quest part was a favourite for a few of the kids. It is very well done. It resembles parts of Glasgow & has different levels & many spots to hide from opponents. The kids went into a briefing room to start, with a member of staff who explained safety rules. I think they watched a short safety video too. I could watch them going round shooting each other from the viewing point, which was great, got a good laugh at them ducking & diving trying not to get shot. The soft play part is still there along with the basketball area & what I call the gladiator part where they each have to get the other off the balance beam. The food included in the after school deal had decent options to pick from, our kids had the pizza slice, burger & chicken nuggets that all came with chips & drink. They seemed to enjoy it & got to watch a film on the projector screen while they ate too. There seems to be more activities being added for the future. We can't wait to go back to do the parts missed & do it all again. I couldn't fault it, clean, safe, with friendly helpful attentive staff & a whole lot of fun. The after school session for what's included is an absolute steal in my books. Definitely be booking it many times over ?

I didn’t realize that today will close early ,so I came late , half hour before the closing time. One of staff was very kind and let us in, however, when the manager learned the truth, she said her name is Kelly and she was so rude and throw us out . I know the police, but we all has sympathy like feel sorry to ask someone who has driven all the way there to leave , but she didn’t even said sorry for my situation just asked us to leave the building.

trampolines, go karts, bumpers, Lazer tag. Although there are ques for some activities they are normally not too bad. Most staff are helpful and it is great fun. Only thing is that it doesn't feel very clean and the cafe doesn't smell very nice and there was a high height limit for go karts of 170cm which didn't seem right but overall a nice place for all ages.
