Had a problem with a Front Runner roof rack on my new Land Rover Defender. Shawn from Front Runner worked with me to resolve it quickly. Awesome customer service. I sent photos, they pointed out that I had installed an incorrect wind deflector. With the correct one installed I can now drive my Defender without ear plugs! I barely know its there.

These guys are great! I purchased their slim sport roof rack and had it installed at RPM garage in Monrovia. The rack looks and functions great. I did run into an issue with a bolt sheering off and they were able to warranty the issue and are sending me a replacement slat. Thank you so much Team Front Runner! I specifically worked with Anton and Bryce and they were both extremely helpful!

Top notch customer service. I ordered a rack for my truck and it was making a humming sound. I emailed support and this was all resolved in less then 30 minutes. Their response time was instant. I didn’t have to call or wait days for a reply. Customer service is rare now days. I will definitely order from here again in the future.

I damaged some bolts while installing the roof rack. I contacted Front Runner Outfitters, and Shawn immediately shipped another set of bolts at no cost. I appreciate Shawn and Front Runner Outfitters for their excellent service.

Update. Front runner after several weeks finally send me a full refund a d cancelled the entire order. It is a shame that I had to post a 1 star review to get thier attention. I will not be buying from them after this recent transaction.

I have purchased two (2) Front Runner Kayak mounts at $400+ separately for the pair. As excited as I was to receive them, I became quickly disappointed in 3 things. 1, how quickly the pads fade.
2. The lack of support not only I have received from Front Runner but also the lack of support my distributor has with them. I paid over $400 for 2 racks that fade out. When I reached out to Front Runner and their “Lifetime Warranty” that is a LIE! I have received no refund, I even had to order 2 new pads thinking they will last longer with Scott guard fabric protectant and the pads faded just as quickly. It’s now Thanksgiving and Front Runner has dropped the prices $100 to around $300+ a rack. I will go ahead and say don’t waste your time with them. Front Runner, you had the chance to make it right with a refund or replacements. This brings up to my 3rd point. I had to resort to leaving a review because Front Runner has zero communication since this complaint with me. I have been frozen out.

It was awesome being able to place my roof top tent on will call so I could stop in to check out the showroom! It was fun looking around. Alyssa was not only super friendly and fun to talk to, but actually really knowledgeable when it came to different types of roof rail systems and channels and trucks too. It was great to not feel hassled, but instead welcomed.

There were a few washers missing when it came to assembly, but all the major hardware and bits and pieces were there which is what was important.

The girlfriend and I absolutely love our new purchase, but even better, we're beyond happy with the experience!
