If gun shops hired the slowest workers who know absolutely nothing, take 15 minute breaks mid way through your transaction (you can look right into the break room behind the counter you idiots....) then this is the gunshop for you! Prices are good but stupid policies, extra fees and wasting time is the price to pay here at turners. Go to your local gun shops instead, like Guns Direct in Burbank....AVOID TURNERS

They all act and look too serious to be Sales Guys with ZERO Friendly Personality! Need Classes on how to Smile, how to treat people, and multi-task! Now they appear to be the Monopoly without BIG-5 selling Guns and Ammo, and without ANY OTHER GUN STORES on the West Valley! BURBANK is the way to go and find Quality Customer Service, Guns, Ammo, or Simi Valley from NOW ON!

Well you folks just lost a long time customer. On 10/22 @ 15:10 I walked in to purchase a long rifle (no line). But apparently i committed a huge sin by walking in wearing a small backpack. Counter boy asks if I have anything in it. My answer was of course I do. I told him I have toiletries, a laptop, a clean shirt and my poker cash ($15k). He tells me I have to leave it behind the counter. LMFAO!! Ya right buddy. So besides losing a $2k-$3k sale, you also lost a long time customer. Do you tell woman that walk in to leave their handbags behind the counter?

Wouldn't write a review if it hadn't happened 3 times already. Maybe they're just too cool to help anyone that isn't buying a gun. But I've tried to go in there before to buy fishing gear and they treat you like you have a contagious disease. Know one bothers to even ask if you need anything or have any questions. I already knew what I wanted and was gonna spend 500 plus on a combo, line and tackle, but they literally just left me waiting there for over a half hour like a moron with my 2 kids. All they had to do was grab my reel so I could check out. As I gave up to walk out. The guy by the door just said " sorry, they must be busy" and laughed as I walked out. Must have been the owner to not care about losing money like that over something that would've taken 30 seconds. Should have just gone to bob sands like I always do. They're marked up like crazy anyway. Save yourself the trouble.

Busy spot w large selection, and better prices than I’ve seen elsewhere. Gun places are weird regardless but going to Turners feels less redneck than some of the others.

Turners Outdoorsman Reseda Lies! Management sucks too. They offer discount & estimate when the item will arrive, then they put you on a separate list to wait behind any and all full price customers that come after you. 1-2 weeks at the most they say, (A month later they explain after multiple calls and multiple lies about how it'll be here with the next shipment.) Mgr. ZACH says, sorry sucker you gotta keep waiting for however long it takes or pay full price. Manager Zach has no Empathy. He is rude and pretends to be offended if you use a swear word explaining your plight even when you explain you are not swearing at him. This faux outrage comes after he pretends to check how he can help but later explains he won't do anything after a month of calling and waiting. Don't get me started on the lines there. It's common to wait literally hours to get help. JUST NOT WORTH THE B.S. I've demanded my money back. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Came here today to buy a firearm. Bruce helped me out. 10/10 customer service from Bruce. What a great guy. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. All of the employees I had contact with today were absolutely awesome. Good experience, will definitely be coming back. Great prices, neat store, awesome employees. Can't ask for a more pleasant experience.
