The team at Lifestyle Outdoor has been fantastic to work with. We knew little about the process at the beginning of our journey to get an Endless Pool and Jeff and Kelly both made the experience easy to understand and they both were very helpful and hands on when it came time for installation. As a result, we have a beautiful Endless Pool installed in our house and we are thrilled to have it and use it every day. My experience with Lifestyle Outdoor in Sherman Oaks was absolutely fantastic! Like many new homeowners during the pandemic, I was looking for a high quality hot tub that could be delivered to my home without too much hassle. After meeting with Alyssa at Lifestyle Outdoor I was immediately at ease. She asked me lots of thoughtful questions about my home and the type of hot tub I would be most interested in, she carefully selected some potential hot tubs, and then gave me a comprehensive tour of the store. She also emailed me lots of helpful recommendations and information after my initial visit. Because of her help I was able to get a hot tub ordered, delivered, and properly installed within a short amount of time. I look forward to continue working with Alyssa and the team at Lifestyle Outdoor to maintain my beautiful new jacuzzi for years to come. I have been a shopper all my life. I check out business regularily and put a lot of money back in circulation when i find the right retailer.
Lifestyle is one of the best out there.
I have visited frequently this and other spa dealers and every time i go in there, they are SUPER NICE and professional and informative. They are not pushy and always give a lot of information.
I bought a perfect size hot tub that i enjoy all the time and so do my girls.

Kheshawn in the service department from the Sherman Oaks store is excellent! I highly recommend you to request him to educate you on how to take care of your endless pool or spa when you purchase it or at least the first time you need to have it cleaned. Kheshawn came out to drain and clean my pool after having my Endless Pool and spa for two years which I purchased from the Pasadena store. I wish I would’ve known about him from the beginning because in the last two years I found out I have not been maintaining my pool correctly because of miss information or not getting the answers to certain questions. The sales people only know so much but you have to go directly to the source who knows the ins and outs of what to do correctly, special tips etc., after installing your pool. I thought I was maintaining my pool perfectly until I kept getting itchy and the water started going bad but when Keyshawn came out he educated me on why that was so. Keyshawn really loves his job and enjoys educating people, he is a pleasure to work with indeed and encourages questions and best of all, he knows how to answer them! On another note, I love my endless pool and spa, I’ve had it for two years now and use it every day, sometimes twice a day!
