UPDATE: I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS LOCATION BUT THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DESTROYED THAT. Willis dropped the handheld device after charging my credit card (payment processed on my end) but the order apparently didn't go through. Multiple staff and customer service agents over the phone assured me they were taking care of things in their end. I called today to follow up and was told my order was canceled (i game not been refunded my nearly $3000) on their end and i have to reach out to my bank for further help. Luckily my bank is awesome and don't their part. Not once was anything offered to redeem this sale and my future business which there will now be none of. So disappointed in how their mistake was handled and dismissive of the complete inconvenience it has caused me family.

I needed to go couch shopping and had my little one with me. Living Spaces is a whole vibe! We started at the Cafe and fueled up on soft pretzels, pizza, and beverages. Then, I dropped my kiddo at the supervised play area. Willis helped me find the perfect sofa to meet my needs and budget. Thanks to A in sales. She's the best

Great furniture selection with delivery. We purchased a king size bed, mattress, TV stand, coffee table set, night stand, bar stools. Delivery was great and the assembly team were quick, clean and respectful of our place and removed all the packaging. Customer service was excellent too.

Well, we visited the showroom in Pflugerville and found a dresser that would work well for our space. Delivery was 5 days out no biggie. Delivery arrived today and the unit was absolutely DESTROYED. Interesting twist, the packing materials were completely intact with only one small tear in the box. That leads me to believe they intentionally shipped a damaged product. There is not one positive thing to say about the experience or the quality of the product. The top was smashed, the backing was cracked and destroyed, none of the screws lined up and, 2 of the drawers are completely unusable as there is no way to remove them and they won’t get back on the track. I was able to chat with a representative and got a replacement fairly easily, however now it’s on back order and will be 6 weeks. On the same trip, we ordered a very expensive leather couch and now I’m thinking about cancelling the whole order. Disappointed to say the least.

ORIGINAL 7/1/24 REVIEW: The staff was very helpful. We loved this table but there weren't any chairs left for that table set (pictures chairs are not the ones we chose). The sales person helped us bring over different chairs and benches to see which ones we liked best. We got a dining room table/chairs/bench and a bedframe with nightstands. She was very helpful!

UPDATE 7/15/24 REVIEW: We got bait and switched, be careful shopping here!! When the delivery came, they didn't bring the table. They said we only bought the legs. They were the ones that checked us out at the store, how could we haven't known we only bought the table?! When we originally purchased, they said the price we paid was for the table. When they didn't delivery, they said it was a "sales error" and that there are 2 parts that should have been rung up for the table. Then that's their fault and they should still honor the agreed upon and purchased price. They would not, and they said it would be $1,300+ extra (on top of the price we paid for the legs) to get the top of the table!

The main reason for my purchase was the table so I returned it all. They tried to make me pay for them to come back to my house to pick up the rest of the order. No! They should have called me before delivery when they realized the issue, to discuss the issue, then I could have cancelled the order before they delivered. Then they tried to make me pay a 10% restocking fee. No! It's a scam, they just want me to pay for their mess up.

On top of all of that, they never called me about the table. The delivery people didn't come with it and they said I would be called to know why. No call. I had to go in person to the store the next day to talk about the issue. Horrible customer service to not reach out to the customers when they are not getting what they paid for. I do not recommend shopping there!

I went to Living Spaces, and I learned a few things during this trip:

-Their staff is not commission-based, and that is a plus. They are there to help you find what you are looking for without the pressure of trying to make a sale. The lady who helped me was fantastic and very helpful.

-They have a kids' area. If you need space from your kids, you can have it. It is important for me to focus, browse calmly, and chill. That's a big plus!

-They have a food court, or I'm not sure what they call it. They sell simple foods like pizza (it was okay), beer, wine, coffee, and other things, which is a massive deal for me. I can't browse hungry, lol. We had lunch there. They have TVs with sports, lots of seating, a second floor with elevator access to a balcony, and other dining areas.

-They have on display couches that can be sold in various options.

-You can browse and test on the store and buy online when ready.

-They also have an outlet section in the back. Dose items do not have the delivery option, so you must figure that out. You might find a good deal.

It was a great experience! 9.5/10 due to not loving the pizza and because I did not buy the couch from them. They get a 5 star because of everything else which for me was great! My mom bought a 3 seat couch recliner in the past which she loves it. I was looking for some specifications. They have tons of options. The problem was me, not them. ?

I just want to share our experience. Stacy helped us today and she was AMAZING! She was very personable and helped us choose 3 rooms of furniture. I love shopping here because it is such a relaxed environment and the employees are not pushing for a sale. She was so helpful!

Living Spaces, they rock! Could not be happier with the entire experience of purchasing the Mason leather sofa! I love it.
My sales associate was Efren and If you want an experienced, informative, and friendly salesman ask for him!
If you haven't been there, Living Spaces has all their furniture nicely displayed. I had already searched for leather sofas online, so I pretty much knew which one I wanted.
After Efren explained the delivery process and set up a delivery date, the checkout was a breeze. And they even gave us free wings and pizza!
The delivery guys were on time, very friendly, and set up the new sofa as instructed in my TV/sunroom.
And the sofa is soooo nice. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and will definitely return to Living Spaces for future things.

We bought a coffee table from them that arrived broken a couple of weeks ago. Last week with the holidays had time to assemble it and saw that the frame was broken, I called the store to do a return so I could go there and buy a new one but they claim I cant return it, need to file a warranty claim and go through all that process. Instead of getting the survey at the end of the call to express my dissatisfaction with their process (as the beginning of the call expressed), they hung up on me. The inflexibility of Living Spaces to resolve this issue in the manner not to inconvenience their customers is my issue at hand and reason I would unlikely shop there again, but waiting on claim results.
