The staff for outpatient services was very professional. I received excellent care, that one on one service. From the time I checked in until I was released, the service was outstanding. Everything was so personal, I highly recommend their service. Dr.Raja is also a very good doctor. The anesthesiologist explained what she would be doing and made me comfortable, so I felt I was in good hands. The rooms are clean and nice size very relaxing. I highly highly recommend this location. I enjoy great service !

I went to your location for a mastectomy for breast cancer yesterday and I just want to say, "Thank You!" You handled a cranky, thirsty, hungry, caffeine deprived, frustrated, frightened patient - and her family members - with dignity, honor, patience, compassion and respect. From the valet to the intake, the nurses, techs, charge nurse, chaplain, anesthesiologist to post op - all of you were top notch, a credit to the industry. If I could give you 10 stars, I definitely would.

I've been in Saint Luke's more times than I can count these last two months with aging parents. Each and every time, every department, from valet parking to surgeons have been nothing but kind, helpful, and compassionate. In every office the staff greets you warmly. The nurses and doctors have listened and addressed every concern. My parents have gotten follow-up phone calls from staff and doctors. Every appointment has been on time, lab and test results are communicated in a timely manner and in a way that my parents can understand. Thank you to everyone that makes every visit to St. Luke's so special.

Odd to say, but I had a great time for my procedure in the Endoscopy department. All the people made me feel welcome and that they were there to help me. Im pretty brassy, so having nurses that can relate to me is nice. I wish I could remember my nurses name but he was from California and so so so nice. My dr, Dr Chokshi was very nice. The only complaint I have is that some of the nurses have such a strong accent, I can't really understand them. Other than that, it was a perfect visit.

My doctor recommended I have a pet/CT scan. She originally scheduled it through Baylor where she is located but we changed the location to St. Luke's O'Quinn because they had an earlier appointment. That was a mistake. Since St. Luke's is on a different system I needed to set up a My chart account with St. Luke's. Now I have a My chart account with UTMB, and Baylor. And a My kelsey account. I have had no issues setting up those accounts. Someone called and said she tried to send me a link to set up my account but the email on file was incorrect. I called back and no one seemed to know who she was so they said they would correct my email and put a note in my file. A few days passed and no email. I basically ended up calling 4 more times with no luck. Eventually I received a link via text but when I tried to use it, I needed a special code which was not provided. I was eventually able to set up my account. Then comes the day of the appointment. I arrive at 11:15 for an 11:30 arrival and 12pm start. After checking in they call me to discuss my payment. She tells me I have to pay $1500. Usually these procedures ate 100% covered with no cost to me. We go back and forth and I'm like why didn't they send me a cost estimate like UTMB, Baylor, or Kelsey. So I decide to call my insurance and low and behold it's 100% covered with no deductible or copay. Then my appointment takes so long I end up having to almost reschedule. I was not called back until after 1pm and I needed to pick up my daughter by 3:30. If the appointment had started on time I would not be stressed about my next task. I knew the appointment would take 2 hours so if they had started on time I would be done by about 2pm with plenty of time to make it to my daughter's school. I'm still in the appointment right now so I don't know if I'll make it in time.

Review concerns endoscopy center on 3rd floor. A very nice and new facility that is professionally staffed. Every person I encountered was kind and caring - from RNs, CRNAs, to the physicians. Their equipment is all top of the line and brand new. I would recommend them to anyone needing a colonoscopy or other endoscopic procedure.

The staff was caring, pleasant, helpful, and courteous. While I failed to provide a complete set of important medical history reports and recent tests Dr. Seger was still able to develope an appropriate plan for testing that other health care providers would not do with the current reports. So I believe it was well worth the time and money spent to travel over three hundred miles to be seen by Dr. Seger at this clinic.

It's been a month since my procedure and I still have no results. They keep saying my pictures have not been read?!?! I was supposed to get these results in 3 days. This is beyond absurd.
