Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. When we contacted for the fence everything was going smoothly; however, when we need them to make repairs to the gates that we believe were not properly installed, you cannot get them to respond. I’ve sent an email with pictures, called at least 20 times and left numerous messages and actually went by the location and spoke with someone I believe was a supervisor or manager who promised he would send someone out within a couple of weeks but that hasn’t happened.
However, they wanted their money quickly which they received. You would think a $10K fence would last more than a year. If you want service after the sale, I don’t recommend them.

I had this company install a 48 panel fence with two gates in Nov of 23. In January the gates where falling apart due to weak post. I called them 5 times never answer only answer machine. Left several messages no call back. I had to hire another company to fix the gates. I’m out state and can’t show up to their office. Poor quality work. They did not put enough cement on the post and not reinforced. That cause the gates to sag and go weak. This company takes your money and don’t stand up to quality of work. Stay away!!

This company is amazing. I placed my order and within 5 days the crew was here and installed my fence in less than an hour and a 1/2.. It is perfectly straight and exactly as I wanted. I highly recommend them if you're interested in getting fence installed on your property. Highly recommended

We purchased our outdoor kitchen from them and we can officially say we are thrilled with how nice the kitchen is! Our neighbors referred us so we had high expectations of what we would be receiving but we are still surprised at how well thought out, functional and stylish ours is. It is definitely worth the cost if you are in the market for a new outdoor kitchen!

I have shared the name of the company who installed our fence to few neighbors because they did a good job l. I was satisfied with their work. Our fence was installed by Florida Outdoors, unfortunately the warranty department is nonexistent. The hinges in our courtyard’s gate are coming off. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past 3 weeks via text, email, voicemail to arrange for them to fix it (even if we have to pay), I even filled out their forms on their website but no one answers the phone or call me back. Last Monday I received a vague text saying someone will stop by at the end of last week and no one came. Still trying to contact them but no call back. ?‍♀️

*UPDATE**
After several emails, texts and voicemails the company sent 2 employees to fix our gate. I’m thankful for the 2 gentlemen that came to fix it. ? Thank you. As mentioned before we were satisfied with our fence and gate. Our challenge was contacting the company to fix the hinges as part of the warranty. I have updated the number of stars from 2 to 4. Can’t honestly give 5 stars due to the delayed in communication

This was our second project with them. We had railing replaced on our stairs a few months ago. The old rod iron ones were rusting and just didnt look good anymore. We just had them out to do a aluminum fence in our backyard. We were just as pleased the second job with them as the first. They took care of HOA and county permits which we knew from a previous remodel job can be a pain. We recomend them they do awesome work and are friendly.

Tony Paradiso the owner will take your money and ignore your calls, it’ll be months before you hear anything about any installations or perhaps he will (maybe) refund your money if he hasn’t filed for bankruptcy yet to avoid paying anything back like he did for Osceola Fence Supply the first company he sunk. To the people seeking employment, this guy will not pay you what you agreed to begin with, maybe he will pay you half of what was agreed or he just won’t pay you at all. Depends on his mood and current personal bills situation. When you see the company name Florida Outdoor Products run in the opposite direction. This guy has stiffed over 10 employees of their hard earned money. Also, when you change company names or purchase a company, you’re supposed to honor any warranty given but Tony will Not. This is the same company as Osceola Fence Supply, don’t let this common thief get away from his responsibilities. Most of the people on his reviews are by people like Senardo (current employee), Jean Paul (previous employee), Orlando (current manager), and Melanie (Tony’s wife)… pathetic.
