I brought my mower in due to my error. Rich was very friendly and helpful. They got it back to me quickly. Gave me an estimate that was right on when it was completed. It ran fantastic. they even made some adjustments that I didn’t know was possible. It is a 15 year old mower and ran like it did when new outstanding job. Thanks for always doing a fantastic job.

I had to go into Gretna for a part today. My kid left my 36” TrimStar out in the rain without me knowing during the week. As I tended to my veteran neighbor’s lawn today, I ran into the obvious issues you will have with water in the engine. To make a long story short, I needed a part only Ty’s carried. Realizing the closing time was drawing near, I called and Bethaney helped me with my part issue and even delivered it to me in Bellevue. Sarpy County is tippy top! Thanks Ty’s Outdoor Power!

Thoroughly impressed! We bought our zero turn mower from Ty's a couple years ago from their Leavenworth location. Thought we should get it in for service before the mowing season started so took it to Gretna from CB (as other location had closed). They had a full page showing all the things they would check and do to the mower. All great....picked up when done, brought back home, mowed once a week for a few weeks, got it out last week, started it up and oil was coming out of the motor. Called Ty's and told them we would be bringing in the next morning (Saturday). Loaded it up drove it out to Ty's and was met by the owner himself. He looked at it on the trailer, said it would need a new motor and that it should/would be covered under warranty. He gave us a "loaner" to get us by until the mower was fixed and said they would delivered it when done. They did what they said!! New motor was put on it and they delivered! Didn't pay a cent! Can't say enough about Ty and his team! All were very professional - down to the driver who delivered it. We would definitely recommend them to anyone for Service AND Sales! Thank you again for your quick service Ty, we really appreciated it!

Why do I like Ty's Outdoor Power and Service
1.) They smile
2) They care
3.) They respond

Richard and the tech guys in the shop are "Rock Stars"....they have a heart for what they do and they are passionate, and personable. It is hard to find this level of service out here in the world today. So refreshing!!! I'll never go anywhere else.

btw...thank you for fixing my Stihl chainsaw. Broken plug wire fixed in a jiff which allowed me to get back home and remove the tree limb that went through the roof of my house.

Thank you Ty's Outdoor Power and Service!

Ron

Last fall I changed repair shops for my 36' Scag walk behind mower and my son's 32' Gravely walk behind mower, and decided to give Ty's a shot. I was very specific on what I needed done and the front desk person, Dave, said that it would be handled with ease. I waited all winter to get our mowers back and that only happened when I called in May about them. I did call over the winter but was always told, "we're waiting on parts." I was very disappointed to find out that my mower cost me over $500 and my son's smaller mower was over $600. (he paid $800 for the mower) Then after I got them home, I saw that nothing had been fixed that I asked for. My son said the same thing. When I looked at the receipt, they only tuned them up. I had already done that before I brought them in. I never asked for that to be done. I wanted only new belts and a throttle cable fixed. They even said they sharpened the blades yet they were full of rust when I looked. My son's mower was said to have a new part but when I looked at it, it was the same one, yet I was charged for a new on. I am so PO'd that I spent this much money for something I had already done. I will never take my equipment there again. I feel I was totally ripped off. Communication with the front desk is worthless. All they say is what they memorized, "yah, I'm really sorry about that." They don't do anything to fix the problem. It's a nightmare. Luckily I had other mowers I could use, my son was not so lucky. He lost a lot of money and clients because of Ty's inability to communicate with us. They did take my son's mower back to fix the original problem, but believe it or not, they charged him to fix what they said they already fixed, and it took several more months to get it back. We are not a big company, and I feel they didn't want my business. They only want the big boys, where they make the real money.

Very disatisfied customer,
Larry Andersen

On 8/16/24 I took my carburetor from my Wisconsin engine to get it rebuilt. I picked it up and a few days later pulled the carburetor out of the Folgers can to install it and in the bottom was a “gasket” that goes to the air intake. I paid $ for this gasket as there’s a gasket set on the invoice. What I really got was a hand traced piece of little Debbie box. I’M NOT KIDDING!!! This is terrible that they do business this way to save a couple of bucks. Keep this in mind when you take your equipment to them to get fixed.

Wow, I stopped in to buy a part, and rather than sell me a $100 Part, they showed me what was wrong, and how to fix it for Pennie’s. Great service people, and lots of great products!
