Samuel helped us with everything and was extremely knowledgeable and getting us the right pool heater for our home. He was very friendly and never tried to oversell us. He was upfront about everything that was needed and never pressured us about purchasing equipment that we didn't need. On top of all that our pool heater was installed the next day! Now we are enjoying a nice warm pool thanks to Recreational Warehouse!

Great experience!!! Our salesman made the process very easy. Had the hot tub delivered in less than 48 hours. It was delivered and set up within 20 minutes and we were in it 6 hours later!!! Have already recommended to friends!!!!

The sales experience is great. Brian is very professional. The only thing I’m not happy with is that when you spend thousands of dollars on a hot tub someone who is experienced should come and do the initial set up in person with reference to the chemicals or at least if you add the chemicals have a courtesy visit to make sure it is operating correctly. We were told we would get help over the phone.

They were real busy but I was greeted right away and was asked what I needed. I told him I needed a heat pump for my pool and he told me he would get someone to help me.
I was introduced to Brian Arendes and he showed me the different models and explained each one to me.
I was interested in three of them and again he explained each one to me, right away I said I didn’t want number one. Now the choice was between two and three and again Brian explained them to me. Then I saw number four and Brian said I really didn’t need something that big.
For an extra $300.00 I decided on number three.
I appreciated his patience with me and he said they would be in Cape Coral the next day and if I was ready they could install it for me.

My second purchase here Ian took my 7 person spa. I finally replaced it with a 3 person and absolutely love it.
Brian Arendes was my salesman, and he went above and beyond, making sure I was happy with my purchase. I ordered the first one for my mobile home lanai it was too big, but Brian made sure I got the right one and had me switched out within one weeks time. My spine couldn't be happier.

My wife and I had the best experience when we came in looking for a hot tub for our new house we are building in the Cape Coral area. We were first impressed with the massive inventory you had on the sales floor but we were even more impressed with our salesman Cole Hazenfield! He was knowledgeable about all the products and helped guide us to the perfect Hot Springs model Flair that met all of our needs. Cole was very professional and really got to know us and showed us many options. He was not pushy or trying to "hard sell" us. We would recommend your store and Cole to anyone we know.
