Unfortunately, I didn't get to see Dr. O'Connor during my last visit on 4/19/23. I was seen by a Physician's Assistant instead. Everyone was friendly and caring. During this visit, I received my last infusion of Zometa. Unfortunately, I left with quite a large bruise on my arm which continued to bleed on my sleeve for about 15 minutes, and I have about a 3" bruise on that arm. This has not occurred before. My care at Roswell is always excellent. I always look forward to seeing Dr. O'Connor when I can. We have a very good rapport. The nurses, technicians, clerical staff, everyone, are the best and most caring people. I am so lucky to be in their care! Thank you for saving my life!

Dr. O'Connor is 1 of the best Drs. I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She takes the time to talk to patients and doesn't make you feel like she's rushing you out. She's extremely compassionate and extremely caring. I have a trust in her that is very hard to find in a doctor. I have been seeing her and the staff for over 9 years and I'm still alive and kicking!!!!! Everyday above ground is a absolutely amazing day!!!!!! Dr. O'Connor is absolutely amazing doctor and person!!!!!!

Dr. O'Connor is a wonderful, caring physician. However, I wish that all Departments would be more sensitive to the wait times we experience. I have cancer but I still have a life to lead and work to do. I get very frustrated with the amount of time I sit and wait to be seen or treated.

You don't always see Dr. O'Connor. Mostly it's just her NP. However they take 3-5hrs for a routine blood work and check-up. If they can move faster or stop over booking patients you wouldn't need to pack a breakfast, lunch and snack when your appointment is 8am.

Doctor O'Connor was very professional and highly qualified. She did not make me feel rushed. Although as usual, later in the year long treatment, I saw the Nurse Practitioner or the Physician Assistant, if I wanted to see Dr. O'Connor, she was available to answer questions personally.

Dr. Tracey O'Connor was wonderful. She sat at my level using direct eye contact and gave the impression she had all the time in the world. She personalized her conversation and explained my disease and treatment recommendations using the most current information. She allowed time for questions.
